Post Script from the Hudson
Dear Friends,
I am including this video of the Hudson River because it represents my understanding of the human energy field.
When sitting in session together, I sense our radiant midlines, the solarity of biodynamic intelligence, and the vicissitudes of daily life.
Today, I stayed present with the water and sun. I dissolved into the effervescence and let the undulations envelope me.
I allowed the sunshine to light up my midline.
I could feel the early imprint of life, the primal streak, which rockets into being on day 14 of human development, and eventually becomes the brain and spinal cord.
I invited bright light to enter my eyes and by extension touch the brain which shares embryological essence with the retina and optic nerve.
In this tiny little moment, I appreciated the truth that we are part of something so much greater than we know.
The calcium in our bones, the iron in our blood, the oxygen we breathe were all processed inside of stars that lived and died before our sun even existed.
We mustn't let the goings on of geopolitics rob us of this cosmic poetry.
We are earth. We are heaven. And we are stardust.
